I was so excited when Danielle reached out to me to ask if I would be interested in doing a maternity/family shoot. I was so thrilled and immediately started researching cute maternity photo ideas, as this was to be my first maternity shoot. We agreed to meet at Cherry Creek State Park, because it’s close to the suburbs yet still in open space. I had them meet me around 6:30 p.m. so that we could get some nice shots during the Golden Hour (one hour before sunset).
Danielle looked so radiant — she looks amazing pregnant. Brendan, Anabella, Ashlyn and Cailtlin all looked great too. Danielle said she didn’t think her and her family were very photogenic, but I 100-percent disagree! They were like naturals in front of the camera, as you can see below. Caitlin, who is three years old, and I had a fun game of Simon Says, which was a fun little trick I figured out to get her to pose and smile for the camera.
These shots turned out lovely, in my opinion, and the Clancy gang couldn’t be more excited to welcome Baby Nora next month!
